Our founder’s name spelt backwards gave us the name Ostibel. It symbolizes the passing down of generational wisdom and returning to nature’s basics. Growing up with sensitive and dry skin, she was always mindful of which skincare products she used. If you have sensitive skin, and the strong fragrance smell of commercial products irritates you, you may have a “sensitive persona.” But don’t worry, Ostibel Africa has been created just for you.
We believe in minimalistic, realistic, sustainable, and results-driven virtues that are authentic to a holistic approach to mind, body, and soul harmony. Our products are made from the natural bounty of indigenous African resources. 

We partner directly with farmers and growers to source the best wildcrafted, certified organic, and indigenous ingredients that are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. At Ostibel Africa, we handcraft our products in small batches, and our founder personally tests each one for at least six weeks before it is available for purchase.
